Düsseldorf, Rheinpark Golzheim

Rhine park Golzheim is situated between the Robert-Lehr bank and the Cecilien parkway. 47 acres of lawn stretch from the Theodor-Heuss bridge to the Rheinterrassen ("Rhine Terraces"). Standing on the promenade, one has a nice view on the Rhine and the meadows of Niederkassel on the other side of the river. In the opposite direction, the main building of the regional administrative authority can be seen behind the trees. Further back is the Victoria high-rise which was finished in 1998.
